IMPORTANT: this set is designed with durability in mind but, like most things in life, the springs will naturally wear out over time (it is better to store on a lower resistance setting to take the pressure off the springs). This set is not suitable for: (i) those looking for a high resistance grip strength trainer; and; (ii) those with very large hands.
